
Chai
Chai Tea, mixed-spice tea, dates back thousands of years in the Indian Ayurvedic tradition. Most chai contains a blend of delicate Assam black tea or Darjeeling black tea, both native to India, with the spices, or "masala", vary on region, but traditionally consist of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger, and black pepper. Sometimes it also includes other spices like anise or nutmeg. Chai tea is a sweet and spicy tea renowned for its fragrant aroma and may help boost heart health, reduce blood sugar levels, and aid digestion.
